Overview
We are seeking an experienced Domain Architect for a six-month contract to lead the architectural design and strategy for a large financial services organization. This role will focus on developing and aligning the domain architecture with business goals and IT strategies in a highly regulated environment.

Specific Skills
- Proven experience in developing and managing enterprise-level domain architectures in financial services
- Expertise in banking, insurance, or capital markets domains (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial sector
- Experience with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and API design
- Ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders and articulate architectural decisions in both business and technical terms
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps environments
Responsible For
- Define and implement the domain architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT roadmaps
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure architecture meets functional and non-functional requirements
- Lead the development of architectural solutions that ensure scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and ensure adherence to architectural best practices
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for their integration into the domain architecture
- Manage architectural risks and ensure timely delivery of solutions within the project scope
