We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a six-month contract to lead the implementation of a new CRM system for our client. This role will focus on improving working practices across various business areas.

Specific Skills
- Proven prior experience in successfully delivering CRM system implementations.
- A background in banking or financial services (preferred but not essential).
- Strong experience in Agile methodologies and the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the business.
- A track record of effectively managing project financials, risks, and timelines to achieve successful outcomes.
Responsible For
- Developing and managing the full project plan, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and project timelines.
- Leading the system's rollout to an organization of 2500 staff, ensuring successful adoption across key business interfaces in a large-scale project.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to ensure a smooth integration system and alignment with business needs.
- Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to scope
