The Department of Finance (Finance) is seeking to undertake an Approach to Market (ATM) process to procure Technical Specialists with ERP qualifications.
The Policy and Governance Branch within the Shared Services Division provides policy advice and governance arrangements for the Shared Services program. Our branch is responsible for the financial management, performance reporting, internal audit controls, and assurance for the SDO and the Division more broadly.
As part of the Government’s APS ERP Approach, the Project Management Office (PMO) has been established in the Policy and Governance Branch to support smaller non-corporate Commonwealth entities to assess ERP uplift requirements and choose solutions that best meet entity needs and budgets.
To facilitate this initiative, the PMO, as part of the Policy and Governance Branch, is seeking ERP Technical Specialists. These professionals should have a demonstrated history and expertise in offering authoritative advice and direction for ERP technology upgrades and supporting implementation for smaller entities.

- Providing specialist advice and guidance to the PMO and smaller entities on planning ERP uplift solutions.
- Collaborating with each smaller entity to plan and document their ERP solution uplift implementation.
- Contributing to the development of the ERP Uplift Implementation Plan and delivering the implementation.
