Overview

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager for a six-month contract to drive organisational change supporting a major digital transformation project. This role will focus on developing and executing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and high adoption rates for new systems and processes.

Specific Skills
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale organizational change initiatives
  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, etc.)
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communications
  • Ability to assess change impacts and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, including system upgrades or new technology rollouts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Responsible For
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with project objectives
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities to assess the impact of change on various departments
  • Design and execute communication and training plans to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
  • Work closely with the project team to integrate change management activities into the project plan
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure long-term success
  • Identify and manage resistance to change, providing support to ensure a smooth transition
