Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a six-month contract to support the delivery of a large-scale digital transformation project. This role will focus on understanding business needs and translating them into actionable technical and functional requirements.

Specific Skills
- Proven experience in delivering business analysis for large, complex projects
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and gap analysis
- Experience in working with Agile project management methodologies
- A background in banking or financial services (preferred but not essential)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with both business and technical teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
Responsible For
- Conduct detailed business analysis to understand key business drivers and requirements
- Translate business needs into technical and functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements and obtain approval on project deliverables
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide ongoing support for scope management and business process improvements
- Ensure the timely delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives and timelines
